Review exiting polices and advise recommendations accordingly;
Correctly implement all approved procedures including but not limited to the administration of the policy;
Negotiate new policy terms, based on the changing trend in the markets;
Respond to all your insurance needs and questions to guide the relevant parties in the processing and lodging of any possible claims;
To negotiate with relevant insurance companies involved for fair and just settlements of all claims;
To identify and inform the various parties of any new risk exposures that may develop;
Supervise the issuance of the respective policy documents and the safe processing to various parties;
Head the liaison and the insurance tasks between various parties involved;
Submit on annual basis a full report on you insurance cost, claims paid and outstanding including all the recommendations in order to bring down your insurance cost. In addition, to inform you of upcoming years insurance premium cost for budgeting purposes;
Set service standards with the insurance company with respect to billing, claims and turnaround time for any service.
